Originally from New Orleans, Chef Lindsey Davis graduated from Johnson & Wales University in 2011 with a Bachelor’s in Baking & Pastry and a Bachelor’s in Foodservice Entrepreneurship. Lindsey began her career at the Biltmore Estate in Asheville, North Carolina, before moving to Atlas in Buckhead. She is currently the Pastry Chef at Lazy Betty, under Founder Chef Ron Hsu (featured on Netflix's The Final Table and former creative director at Le Bernardin).
